AppGrow provides market intelligence solutions to its clients ("Partners").
AppGrow collects Data in order to provide the Services as described in this Policy.
Whenever user visits an application operated by a Partner or application where AppGrow SDK is implemented,

This Data is used in a non-personally identifiable way for the purpose of obtaining valuable online experience, improving the quality of online services only and this group of collected data doesn't allow identifying a specific person. Developers shall provide legitimacy of the Data collecting, they shall obtain and store users' consents to the user's Data processing in accordance with current legislation.
AppGrow's Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal
identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 16 has provided
us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.
REQUEST FOR ACCESS TO AND CORRECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Each user of AppGrow's Services may update, edit or delete, withdraw consent for collection and obtain any
personal information by contacting us.
We may also disclose some Data, in the pseudonymized manner, to third-party targeted interest-based
advertising data providers for the purpose of facilitating advertising services for their customers, such as
ad networks and other third-party applications.
AppGrow may share Data to Partners, AppGrow's corporate affiliates in order to provide the Services.
AppGrow may also disclose collected Data to an authorized third party in connection with legal proceedings
or with a sale of AppGrow's business.
Aggregated pseudonymized information may be shared with third parties for reference, statistical or
marketing reasons and other similar purposes. It has no effect on your privacy, because there is no
reasonable way to extract data from the aggregated information that can be associated with you. Upon the
user request AppGrow may provide a list of Partners and AppGrow's corporate affiliates to whom Data has been
transferred.
AppGrow will share your Data only subject to the terms of this Policy, or subject to your prior consent.
In order to provide users with the most relevant ads Partners may cooperate with other ad networks which provide their own opt-opt tools. We collect and store Data for as long as this information is relevant and necessary for current Services.
Partners and ads publishers may collect additional data and information for their use, explained by respective privacy policies on their applications.
